Coloktoto Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Coloktoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Coloktoto ("We", "Platform", or "Company") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the Coloktoto platform.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Coloktoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game rules that may be displayed in the relevant sections of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Coloktoto platform.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the Coloktoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Malaysia when using Coloktoto's services.
• You must be an individual — registration under a company name, organisation, or any other legal entity is not permitted.

• You do not fall within any category of persons prohibited by Malaysian law from using online gambling services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

Account Registration

Each Coloktoto member is permitted to hold only one active account. Coloktoto reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.

You are solely responsible for:

• Notify Coloktoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Coloktoto is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your Coloktoto account login details secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Coloktoto accepts deposits via supported payment methods only. Currently accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost eWallet, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. Coloktoto reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The limits and conditions governing deposits and withdrawals on Coloktoto are as follows:

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Coloktoto does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third party or made through fraudulent means will be frozen pending investigation, and may be returned to its original source without any additional charges.

For withdrawals, Coloktoto reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000 or for your first withdrawal request. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours and requires a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport.

Bonuses & Promotions

Coloktoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as part of its member rewards programme. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Rollover requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits when using bonus funds vary by promotion and should be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

The general principles that apply to all Coloktoto bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only, applicable on their first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before any profits derived from those funds can be withdrawn.
• Coloktoto reserves the right to void any bonus claimed through illegitimate means or in a manner that violates the spirit of the offer.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a serious violation and will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• The maximum bet limit when using bonus funds is RM 10 per wager unless otherwise stated — placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Game Rules

All games available on the Coloktoto platform — including slots, poker, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and Live Casino — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by internationally recognised testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced or manipulated by any party, including Coloktoto's own management.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slots game is publicly displayed on that game's information page. Players are encouraged to review this information before playing. RTP represents the theoretical long-term percentage of all wagers returned to players and does not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game, Coloktoto reserves the right to:

Sports Betting & E-Sports

The Match Odds and E-Sports sections on Coloktoto are subject to the additional rules set out in this section. All bets placed are final once confirmed by the Coloktoto system and cannot be cancelled except under the specific circumstances stated below.

Regarding sports betting cancellations and results:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• If a match has started but cannot be completed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the official policy of the relevant tournament organiser.
• In-play bets placed after the actual outcome of an event has already been determined — due to data feed delays — may be voided by Coloktoto without prior notice.
• Odds offered are correct at the time a bet is placed. Any obvious odds errors — where odds differ significantly from actual market value due to a technical error — may be voided by Coloktoto.

Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, Grand Slam tennis, NBA, and all other sports available on Coloktoto is for entertainment purposes only. Coloktoto is not responsible for actual match results or any changes that occur within the respective sports.

Prohibited Conduct

Coloktoto maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising behaviour on the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without compensation:

• Use of bots or automated software: The use of any software, scripts, or automation tools to place bets or interact with the Coloktoto platform is strictly prohibited.
• Player collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage at the poker table or in any other game on Coloktoto is a serious violation.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false verification information, or exploiting vulnerabilities in Coloktoto's bonus system for undue gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the Coloktoto platform as a channel for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Hacking or system intrusion: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to Coloktoto's systems, disrupt platform operations, or compromise data.
• False information: Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or the KYC process.

Account Termination

You may close your Coloktoto account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@coloktoto.top. Before the account is closed, any eligible balance will be returned to you through your preferred payment method, subject to the required KYC verification and rollover conditions applicable to any active bonus funds.

Coloktoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Coloktoto Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the age or location eligibility criteria.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, bot usage, or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months or more.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from the relevant authorities.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Coloktoto reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full without any compensation to the member.

Limitation of Liability

The Coloktoto platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, Coloktoto does not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical disruptions, or entirely error-free.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Coloktoto is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred from playing on the Coloktoto platform, including ordinary gambling losses which represent a risk accepted by every player.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond Coloktoto's control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Coloktoto account credentials.
• Game outcomes that are the result of a certified and audited RNG process.

For material amendments — meaning changes that could significantly affect members' rights or obligations — Coloktoto will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification. That said, Coloktoto is not liable if a member fails to receive such notice due to outdated contact information.

Your continued use of the Coloktoto platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your Coloktoto account before the amendment comes into effect by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through the process established by Coloktoto before any legal action is taken.
